Hot Chocolate Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of brownie mix (better if you have your own homemade recipe).
  • 12 large marshmallows cut into smaller pieces
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Mini chocolate chips

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C. Simulately, grease a muffin tray.
  • Now prepare the brownie batter using the brownie mix according to the given instructions.
  • Now add cocoa powder for an extra chocolatey flavor.
  • Fill each muffin tray halfway with brownie batter.
  • In the center of each, place one small chunk of marshmallow and pour some more batter over it.
  • Bake for about 12–15 minutes or until properly baked.

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven based on the instructions given on the package.
  • Now simply roll each cinnamon roll into a long strip and make a shape resembling a Christmas tree.
  • Bake as per the given directions.
  • Meanwhile, mix green food coloring into the icing and drizzle over the baked cinnamon trees.

  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • Red gel food coloring

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 95°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until you notice soft peaks.
  • Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time. You will start to notice stiff peaks.
  • Add some peppermint extract and fold the meringue mixture.
  • In a piping bag, add streaks of red food coloring and fill with the meringue mixture. 
  • Now pipe little siwrls of meringue mixture on the parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 1.5 hours. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside.

Orange Cranberry Holiday Bars

This citrusy tart perfectly combines the tart cranberries together with a zesty orange glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tsp orange juice

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan with butter and set aside.
  • To prepare the bars, mix flour, sugar, and butter to form a dough. Once done, press the prepared dough onto the greased pan.
  • Now spread chopped cranberries evenly over the base and sprinkle with some orange zest.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some powdered sugar and orange juice for that perfect juicy, zesty flavor.
