With summer knocking on your front door, no one can say “No” to a freshly made glass of juice. Made with freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables, the juice is a perfect short of goodness. So why delay in satisfying a sun-drenched soul?

If your kid is bored with the good old glass of Orange Juice, try these juice recipes to give them a twist of taste.

1. The Goodness Of Kale Is Hidden By The Flavors Of Pineapple

The spikey boring-looking fruit pineapple is a flavor bomb and can hide almost any boring flavor, kale too!

Leafy green, like kale, is not famous among kids. You can sneak the goodness in their tummies with the help of pineapple.

All you need is the following:

  • 1.5 cup pineapple (chopped)
  • 1 cup of kale(chopped)
  • Water

Toss all the ingredients into the juicer and serve them. Add a few cubes of ice or crushed ice to render your kids a breath of coolness.

2. Orange With Bugs Bunny’s Favorite Food

Your kid might love bugs bunny, but surely not his favorite food, carrot! If you are facing a battleground-like situation, get your kids to eat carrots and juice your way out.

Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene, a super nutrition for your kid’s growth. Your kid’s immunity and vision will be boosted with a serving of carrots in tier daily diet. But kids are kids!

Hide the goodness of carrots in the sweetness of orange juice. The ingredient required for this juice are:

  • 1.5 cups of peeled carrot and chopped.
  • Deseed orange 1 or 2.

Your kid will not guess a hint of carrot in this juice, and you can pat your shoulder for being a cunning fox and feeding your lil bunny with goodness.

3. Very Berries

Berries are loaded with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. They will help your kids fight diseases and keep their gut healthy. While berries are not a problem for your kids as they are tasty and colorful, serving them a glass f mixed berry juice will be a cherry on top for your kids. Things that you have to do for your boss, baby!

Ingredients for berry juice:

  • 1 cup of berries
  • 1-1.5 cups of chopped watermelon.

You can juice these ingredients or make a smoothie with a dollop of yogurt.

4. Please Mint It

It’s summer, and no one will mind a splash of mint. Mint leaves are refreshing and help in aiding the digestive system of your kids. But having them directly might be too overpowering for your lil ones.

So you can put them in the juices you are preparing to kick the juice. All you need is the following:

  • 1 cup of chopped apples
  • 1 cup of any fruit your kids like
  • 5-6 mint leaves

Toss them in a juicer and serve your baby a glass of goodness with a hint of mint.

This drink will bring life back in your baby when served with a mid-day snack.
