Social skills.... society as we all know that it is a complicated system of co-interactive and interdependent environment in which we live and it requires certain set of standard skills to live in it.

Where do they learn it then ? Obviously, we the parents.

We all admire the kids who are profusely adept in etiquettes and possess the best of behaviours. We can thank their parents because they taught them exactly the social skills the kids required.

A child's mind is like a soft lump of clay,it needs to be moulded and shaped into the best of pots. The potter being the parents.

When some things are taught to kids at an early age ,that attribute gets infused in their minds. These attributes later help the kids so that they dont get hated, demeaned, or cornered because of their lack in communication skills, behavioural  attributes or their lack of ability to adjust with different people.

So it is important that a child should be taught proper social skills to adjust in our dynamic society.

Social skills help the child to learn to communicate, adjust ,adhere to the growing environment. The better the social skills learnt at an early age ,the more efficiently the kid deals with his day to day problems .

Hence, this answers your question,  better we mould the clay the better the pot will be.

Social skills are an integral part of functioning in society.Social development in early childhood is an important part of a person's overall health, well-being, and happiness throughout his or her life. Social development involves children's ability to interact with others and regulate their own behavior.

Play is the way that children learn about the environment, their bodies. and their place in the world around them. Social skills are the skills we use everyday to interact and communicate with others.

I hope it works.

Best Wishes.

That's All folks
