Limit your youngster's milk admission to around 16–24 ounces per day (2 to 3 cups). Serve increasingly iron-rich nourishments (meat, poultry, fish, improved grains, beans, tofu). When serving iron-rich dinners, incorporate nourishments that contain nutrient C (like tomatoes, broccoli, oranges, and strawberries), which improve the body's iron retention.
