Nowadays teenagers or even adults are also very much of junk food. There is so much of variety in the market that we tend to eat junk food at the end of the day even if we don't want it. But we also have to think on the other side also which is the impact of junk food on our body, especially for teenagers because they are in the growing stage and it's important to eat healthy at this age to make the body strong. Below are some bad impacts of junk food on teenagers are-
1. Obesity- There are so much of calories in junk food which lead to obesity in teenagers nowadays.
2. Addiction- Children are eating junk food from very small age and it leads to addiction in them towards fast food. Because of this, it is becoming difficult for teenagers to stop eating junk food
3. Less energy- Obesity leads to less energy or activeness in our body. Junk food doesn't provide adequate nutrients for physical activity and lack of physical activity impairs physical and mental health

Junk foods can cause many health related issues annd compication in teenagers and it will affect their mental and physical growth during their growth stages.
Fat accumulation, increase in body weight, Cholestrol, breathing difficulties, troubled intestine are some of the difficulties that may be inevitable. So it is important to encourage teenagers into healthy eating habits and physiccal activites.
