Breakfast is considered as one of the most important meal of the day and one should never skip on it. The period between the last pre-bed meal and hitting the alarm is usually the longest stretch of time any body goes without fuel. Thus it becomes important that breakfast should be healthy.
Here is a list of few items that can be taken in breakfast and also it can be prepared in short span of time with a little efforts.
