Fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries ) Vegetables (spinach, artichokes, kale) Whole Grains (whole oats, whole wheat, quinoa, brown rice) Unsaturated fats (nuts like pecans, nut butter, olive oil, avocado, etc. A high-fiber diet offers many benefits to women with PCOS,  such as lower insulin levels, and antioxidants that fight to lower inflammation, and better gut bacteria.

you should follow below mentioned diet:

  • natural, unprocessed foods.
  • high-fiber foods.
  • fatty fish, including salmon, tuna, sardines, and mackerel.
  • kale, spinach, and other dark, leafy greens.
  • dark red fruits, such as red grapes, blueberries, blackberries, and cherries.
  • broccoli and cauliflower.
