Bananas are a rich source of carbohydrates, dietary fibre, essential fatty acids such as omega-3 and omega-6, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-complex, and minerals like manganese, magnesium, potassium, calcium, copper, and selenium.

It is good to add fruits in diet during pregnancy. 

Bananas also provide relief from complications that arise in pregnancy and is beneficial for both mother and baby.

You can include bananas in your diet by making a banana smoothie, banana chips, banana oatmeal, whole fruit.

So, yes it is safe to eat bananas during pregnancy if eat in limit and not in excess.
