This lockdown is a very crucial time to fight the coronavirus. So it is important for us to stay at home and prevent the spread of coronavirus.
So we have to keep in mind the environment to keep our kids healthy amdist this lockdown.
They should be made to exercise rdd regularly. Exercises like skipping , stretching, situps etc. Should be done by kids. Even we ,parents, should accompany them in the exercises firstly to keep ourselves fit too and secondly setting them a personal example and as a source of motivation for them to carry on with the daily exercises.
They should be fed a balanced diet. Proper food , even during these lockdown, should be provided to the children so that they remain healthy. If possible juice, curd, all sources of protein and especially green vegetables should be provided to the children through appealing yet healthy foods.
Sleeping patterns should not be changed.
Proper sleep even during this lockdown should be maintained. Timely going to bed and waking up should be maintained to ensure a good quality of rest to the kids body.
Other than just food and physical exercises, mental exercises should be done. They should be made to play indoor games to keep them rejuvenated even when they are restricted at home.

Eat healthy and live healthy is the famous idiom. Your health lies in the food you eat because diet plays a significant role in the effective functioning of the body. The rest of the part is played by the exercise, the portion that cannot be overlooked too. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and resulting lockdown, you don't have many options in exercise so try those exercises which you can do at home:
1. Take a balanced diet that helps you in meeting the requirement of all nutrients. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits, especially those fruits which are low in sugar. Vegetables and fruits are highly rich in essential minerals and vitamins. For protein requirement, take lean beef, chicken, fish, milk, paneer, tofu, soya chunks, chickpeas, kidney beans, etc.
3. Don't eat too much at one time. Eat less, but, 4-5 times a day. It leads to better digestion of food.
3. Maintain healthy body weight especially by keeping the consumption of carbs and fats low.
4. Exercise regularly. Weight-bearing and resistance exercises create plenty of options for exercises. If you have certain maladies, then consult your doctor before following any exercise program.
5. Minimise the consumption of alcohol and smoking. Quitting is difficult but way better!
6. Take adequate sleep as per your age. Avoid taking stress and anxiety.
7. Drink green or chamomile tea at breakfast. It helps in expelling body fat fast.
