You have to keep a tab on sugar intake in order to be healthy, specially if you are diabetic. Some drinks, desserts have added sugar which can be harmful for your health and can increase your blood glucose levels. So here the tips which you can follow in order to cut down sugar in your diet:-
1) Prevent having Soda and soft drinks. Instead if you feel like drinking something, have water or coconut water. Water is the best.
2)If you have a sweet tooth, replace sugar with honey or jaggery.
3)Also try cutting down the intake of tea and coffee.
