This lockdown is a very crucial time to fight the coronavirus. So it is important for us to stay at home and prevent the spread of coronavirus.
So we have to keep in mind the environment to keep our kids healthy amdist this lockdown.
They should be made to exercise rdd regularly. Exercises like skipping , stretching, situps etc. Should be done by kids. Even we ,parents, should accompany them in the exercises firstly to keep ourselves fit too and secondly setting them a personal example and as a source of motivation for them to carry on with the daily exercises.

During this situation, parents plays an important role for the motivation of their children. These days, there are lots of activities that can be done and learnt in home rather than playing pubg in mobile. Online classes have become available for children but there are other things too which a child should adopt like meditation. I don't think a kindergarten kid needs online class but there are some schools which are coming up with online classes for such kids. Parents should trach their children at home so that the child will learn not only Alphabets but etiquettes from a age which will be helpful for them for lifetime.

First I want to say thanks for considering my opinion
Nowadays the situation is very harsh and critical No one can do any work properly as they were doing earlier.
We don't know when this situation will go and all will be fine.
so we have to go through this situation and find out new ways of doing things efficient manner.
Small children can wear the opticals which save their eyes from continuous screening effects.
Apart from small children their parents can take classes and after they can teach them.
It can be done in alternative days.

With the increase in transmission with COVID-19, many schools have stopped teaching in-class courses for the rest of the school year. This ensures that working parents and caregivers have a global duty to educate children-as well as to carry on the role of home-schooler and primary caregiver for children across the globe.
Aside from academic constraints, leisure and social events have now been restricted or canceled. Every day, those who take care of children have to be imaginative with their approach to youth exercise. It's crucial to keep kids interested in their physical fitness. Thus to stay fit and healthy my tip would be to create a schedule while also allowing for flexibility. Do regular yoga, dance for an hour , Do jogging on the spot, and plan a regular time table to do all this things.Work is important, but our wellbeing remains a top priority. Allowing time for our workouts will make or break our sanity when at home. We remain emotionally stable through difficulties and can use fitness as a safe means of energy for ourselves.

In this pandemic situation student's should more focus on brainstorming activities like- the area where you have interest or want to explore in future. Student must gather information relating to their interest and follow through in free time. This will lead to a proper road map of how he/she have to execute their plan in upcoming months and be positive of what is coming as a new era of opportunities.
At last i would suggest to be calm and look future as a opportunity not as a threat. Things will come back on track in few months.

Nowadays, students are getting more addicted to their phone as they are locked in their homes because of this pandemic. Parents should motivate their children to indulge in playing activities with their siblings in terrace or garden area. They can also do Yoga, meditation and exercise atleast 1 hour a day. They can also help their mothers in their daily chores and also learn cooking with them.
These all things can really help them to stay away with their mobile phones and gadgets.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, there is a nationwide lockdown, due to which everyone is required to stay at home. Because of staying at home, our amount of physical activities has reduced substantially. So, it has become cardinal to maintain our physical fitness. Here is a list of things you can do to be fit at home:
1. Eat healthily. Consume dark, green leafy vegetables. Involve protein in your diet and lower the consumption of things rich in carbohydrates and saturated fats. Keep a check on your intake of micro and macro-nutrients as a healthy diet leads to better immunity, metabolism and thus, fitness.
2. Exercise 5 days a week. Make combinations of aerobic and muscle-strengthening exercises. Aerobic activities are basically for staying fit and fat loss, whereas, muscle-strengthening activities are for muscle development.
3. Try yoga and meditation. Yoga gives the required flexibility to the body and meditation improves concentration power dramatically.

Parents should'not really on digital platforms to keep the children entertained they must also focus on other aspects. I believe children should be indulged in outdoor playing and activities, they can also develop a habit of exercising or maybe yoga with their parents. Getting a pet can also be a good idea to keep the children away from phones.

Technology has surely made a negative impact on children's lives. But technology is important nowadays too, so we cannot totally cut the ties from it. However, we can set some boundaries for our children between them and technology. Phones, TVs, Laptops -everything can be used, but in moderation.
Here are a few tips to encourage a healthy lifestyle among children:
1. Build a routine:
Building a routine can help in avoiding procrastination, and everything can be enjoyed at a fixed time. While building a schedule for a child it is very important to dedicate a considerable amount of time to each and every activity and also a time window for free time. They should not feel that you're trying to cage them, rather have a conversation and explain everything to them- why are you making these changes, why is it important, etc.
2. Introduce them to meditation:
Meditation has helped many people control their temper and focus better. It is a good tool to ease their stress a little. plus, they get time to introspect everything they do and become conscious of their actions and their impacts.
3. Family Fitness sessions:
This can be a fun and healthy way to spend some quality time with your family and children will love to do what their parents are doing as it gives them a feeling of being grown-ups.
4. No negative news:
Children can grasp negative things easily and especially during these times, it is very important to keep them away from the negative and scary news. That doesn't mean they should not be aware of what is happening in the world, they should, so develop a habit of reading newspaper in them it will keep them away from the screen (TVs)
5. Keep a check on nutrition:
We are what we eat. Along with physical activities, a healthy diet is also important for a healthy body. Make sure that they have colourful, home-cooked meals and limit the junk food to once or twice a month.
