Kids are the most playful creatures on earth and when get restricted to a four-walled room; it affects their mental health to a lot of extent. The little angels who have been into outdoor games were suddenly stopped from going out, meeting their friends, and utilising their energy.

Not only that, but they have been stuck to mobile phones and laptops for their online classes and other recreations. This, in turn, has increased their screen time, affecting their health adversely. When the mental health of kids is affected, we cannot expect them to grow smoothly.
