Pea sized kids toothpaste with two mins of brushing two times a day should be practised for kids 2 n above. Flouridated toothpaste recommended for kids aged 6 and above.
Avoid sticky and sugary foods in between meals.
Brushing twice daily, eating foods rich in vitamins and minerals and vegetables and fruits packed with fibres .
Change your toothbrush every 3months or as soon as you recover from an illness whichever is earlier.
