New parents are always excited about their baby's first tooth! Generally lower front teeth erupt by the age of 6-8 months. Sometimes it might take even an year. Teething pattern differs from child to child .even identical twins do not follow same sequence of tooth eruption.

Generally the first teeth appears are the lower front teeth in the age of 6-7 months. But for some infants it can take time upto 1 year also. This teething time differs from child to child.
